Same-day and urgent sick appointments. We evaluate illnesses and injuries quickly so your child feels better faster.
Vaccines & Immunizations
One of the most important things you can do for your child’s health. We follow the AAP immunization schedule.
Telemedicine
Virtual visits by phone, tablet, or computer for follow-ups, behavioral concerns, and minor illnesses.
Behavioral Health
Families can begin with their child’s MAPP pediatric provider or contact MAPP Behavioral Health directly for guidance and next steps.
Lactation Services
Certified lactation consultants support new mothers and families through every stage of breastfeeding and newborn feeding.
Asthma & Allergy Care
Ongoing support for symptoms, triggers, medication devices, and personalized asthma action plans.
Travel Visits
Destination-specific vaccines, preventive medicines, and practical guidance before international travel.
Medical Ear Piercing
Appointment-only medical ear piercing for children age 3 months and older, with practice-specific systems and pricing.

Mid Atlantic Pediatric Partners (MAPP) is a physician-owned pediatric group proudly serving Montgomery County families with 43+ years of trusted local service. Formed in January 2020, our partnership unites 13 dedicated pediatric providers across two established practices: Metropolitan Pediatrics in North Bethesda and THH Pediatrics in Germantown.
We are completely pediatrician-owned and managed, so our clinicians and staff can focus entirely on partnering with families. We believe modern pediatric medicine is a true partnership — the physician as an educator, empowering parents and patients to make quality medical decisions from infancy through young adulthood.
