THH Pediatrics uses the MAPP patient portal to help families access health information online.
Through the portal, families can view growth charts, print immunization records, complete CHADIS screening questionnaires, and send non-urgent messages.
Parents and guardians should use the portal link on the website and sign in with their own Patient Portal credentials, not their child’s credentials. If you do not have portal credentials or have trouble signing in, call THH Pediatrics.
