Eileen Mood, BSN, RN, MSN, CPNP, PMHS, earned the Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS®) credential from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
The credential validates added knowledge and expertise in children’s and adolescents’ developmental, behavioral, and mental health within primary care.
In practice, it means Eileen can evaluate, treat, and manage many common developmental, behavioral, and mental-health concerns right here in the medical home. Receiving care within a familiar primary care practice can support coordination with community resources such as therapists and psychologists when needed.
