WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility Statement

This statement describes MAPP’s accessibility objective, current measures, known limitations, and contact options.

ACCESSIBILITY STANDARD

Commitment and standard

Mid Atlantic Pediatric Partners is committed to providing access to information and services on its public website for people with disabilities.

Statement reviewed: July 28, 2026. MAPP uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an ongoing design and content guide. This statement does not represent that every page or third-party service fully conforms.

CURRENT MEASURES

Accessibility measures

Structure and navigation

Pages use headings, landmarks, descriptive links, and generally consistent navigation to support orientation and assistive technology.

Keyboard operation

Interactive controls are reviewed for keyboard operation and visible focus within the capabilities of the site components in use.

Text and visual presentation

Content uses legible type, responsive layouts, color contrast, and plain language. Meaningful images are assigned text alternatives where applicable.

Review and correction

Automated checks and manual review are used during page updates. Reported barriers are evaluated and corrected when feasible.

LIMITATIONS

Known limitations and third-party content

External services

Patient portals, scheduling, payment services, maps, reviews, social platforms, and other external tools are operated by third parties. MAPP does not control every accessibility feature of those services.

Documents and media

Some legacy PDFs, external health resources, and media may not provide the same accessibility as the primary website. An alternative format may be requested from the appropriate practice.
