Before you request an appointment:
- Choose the practice where your child receives care. Metropolitan and THH use separate scheduling workflows, so requests should be sent to the correct office.
- Urgent or same-day concerns: call your practice so the team can help determine the right visit and timing.
- THH online requests: a submitted request is not a confirmed appointment until the office responds.
- Do not use an online request or the Patient Portal for an emergency. Call 911 for a life-threatening emergency.
- For urgent concerns after closing, call your practice and follow the prompts for after-hours guidance.
THH provider-specific scheduling
Some THH provider profiles offer a direct online scheduling link for that clinician. Use those links only when you intend to schedule with that specific provider. For a general THH request, use the practice option above. Browse provider profiles.
