Get to know Caitlin

Caitlin joined the THH Pediatrics family in April 2025 as our Practice Administrator, bringing with her over 14 years of experience in the medical field. Her diverse background spans podiatry, vascular surgery, otolaryngology, outpatient surgery, and emergency care—giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient needs and practice operations.

Originally a classically trained dancer, Caitlin discovered her passion for healthcare following a personal injury. Since then, she has built a career grounded in compassion, efficiency, and dedication to patient care.

A native of Montgomery County, Caitlin now resides in Frederick County. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts and sporting events (Go Commanders!), discovering new restaurants, traveling, and spending time by the water.
