Dr. Elizabeth Urquhart

Get to know Dr. Urquhart
Dr. Urquhart is a native Washingtonian and attended the National Cathedral School. She received her B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University and went on to complete the Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program at Columbia University. She obtained her medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. After returning from Israel, she moved to Montclair, NJ for her pediatric residency at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ. She joined a private pediatric practice in NJ following residency, but realized she missed living in the DC area and being close to family and moved back in 2021. She is board certified in Pediatrics.
Dr. Urquhart loves all aspects of pediatrics, with particular interest in developmental pediatrics, genetics, and adolescent medicine.
She lives in Chevy Chase with her son (Griffin) and dog (Lila).
