Registration and scheduling differ by practice. Metropolitan families should call the office. New THH families may register through the Patient Portal and request an appointment through Healow. Existing families who need portal access should call their practice for setup.

Prepare for your first visit
Please bring to your first visit:
- Your insurance card (and any available coverage information)
- Newborns: hospital paperwork, including hearing-screen results and immunization records
- Transferring: your child’s immunization and medical records
- Infants: plenty of diapers and an extra set of clothes
- Any registration or medical-record forms requested by your practice
Expecting? Meet us first.
If you’re expecting, call your chosen practice a few weeks before delivery. Ask about current prenatal Meet & Greet options, complete any requested forms, and tell the hospital which pediatric practice you have chosen.

Visits and after-hours
Appointments are scheduled in advance and walk-ins are not offered. For urgent concerns after closing, call your practice and follow the prompts.
